Weekly Meditation Schedule

Below is our weekly schedule by day. The schedule will be the same every week. Each meditation will take place online via Zoom, which you can access via the ‘Join Meditation’ button below.

You may choose to join with your camera off or on. Please do turn your sounds off when meditation begins because multiple sounds cause interference. You are welcome to join 5 mins before and stay 10 minutes after the meditation to talk, share or ask questions.

I welcome anybody coming from the South Asian wisdom tradition to correct, educate, and share anything that you feel is important with us.

Each meditation is led by dilber. However, at times due to sickness or intense pre-menstrual physical or emotional discomfort, the practice can be cancelled or another practitioner can take the lead. In such cases, a message will be posted here, as well as shared as an update on our WhatsApp group which you are invited to join.

In this WhatsApp group, we only share updates and reminders about each meditation. The space is also open for everybody to share their thoughts, feelings, contemplations and ask questions.

There is no need to book or register for meditation in advance. We invite you to donate before the start of each meditation. Feel free to donate per meditation, weekly, monthly, annually or in whatever shape and form you would like.

We have decided to accept donations as part of our commitment to educate on and drive financial accessibility and equity in Yoga. With that in mind, we’ve prepared recommendations for donations which you may find in our ‘Donation’ section via which donations are accepted.
